• Having knowledge of all legal/administrative legislation related to his field, especially Labor Law No. 4857 and SGK Legislation
• Preferably experienced in HR module of Canias or similar programs
• High written and verbal communication skills, presentation, reporting, and employer representation skills
• Knowledge and experience in process management, process performance monitoring, process improvement
